Seasonal Delivery Drivers Needed

Win Gardens Greenhouse is hiring seasonal drivers for plant deliveries this spring. We have a few different roles available depending on availability.

Because spring demand varies with weather, we expect deliveries to start in early to mid April, with more consistent work in May and June.

Full-Time Seasonal Driver (May to June)

We are looking for one full-time driver to handle regular deliveries during our busiest season.

Requirements
• Experience driving at least a 26 foot box truck (diesel)
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable operating a lift gate
• Ability to help load and unload rolling plant carts via lift gate

Part-Time / On-Call Drivers (April to June)

We are also looking for 1 to 2 part-time drivers who can help on days when we have multiple deliveries.

Requirements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive a 16 ft box truck (gas engine, similar to a U-Haul)
• No professional truck experience required
• Comfortable operating a lift gate
• Ability to help load and unload rolling plant carts via lift gate

Job Details

• Deliveries are mostly scheduled a few days in advance, so you will usually have notice
• Occasionally we may need help the following day, so flexibility is also important
• Trucks are equipped with lift gates, and drivers will help load and unload rolling plant carts
• Most deliveries are regional

These roles can be a great fit for retirees, teachers on summer break, or anyone looking for short-term or flexible work during the spring season.
